DUE TO COVID - Please allow 7-10 working days for the complete processing and shipping of your item(s) for standard in-stock items shipped ground. Out of stock or special order items may take longer to ship.

We do not guarantee any processing or carrier delivery times. We do not compensate for losses due to late or delayed order arrivals.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Because we use multiple vendors, and parts come from many different warehouses, it is common for your order to come via a different carrier than the one you opted for at checkout, however we will make every attempt to insure the same or equivalant shipping timeframe you selected are used.

We offer shipping options to North America, including the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of North America. All international shipments will be Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or, more officially known as Delivered At Place (DAP), so the purchaser will be responsible for any and all duties due.

Most of our items ship standard Ground and will not require a signature, these may be left at your door by the carrier as they see fit. Tracking information for each order is sent once the item has shipped from ours or our partners facility. However Special, Expedited, or Freight orders may require an adult to accept delivery and require a signature, these may also require you to schedule the delivery day and be there to sign for the item, the tracking information for these types of deliveries also may be delayed.

Some items in your order may need to ship separately, some via Freight truck. In this case you may be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery of certain items, in some cases they may not contact you prior to the first attempt. If they do contact you, you will need to make arrangements to meet the shipper and in some cases you may be required to offload the products yourself.

It is your responsibility to inspect all items immediately upon receipt and notate any damages or problems to the carrier.

We are not responsible for visible damage or missing boxes unless customer properly receives and documents such damages or missing boxes in accordance with the American Truck Association/ National Motor Freight Classification Rules.

Acceptance of delivery shall be understood to be without exception if no notice of deviation in count is made to Ninth & Currant within 48 hours. No exceptions

Concealed damage is waived unless reported to Ninth & Currant within 7 days of delivery, no exceptions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery was made, nor are we responsible for any damage to items that is not reported within the time allotted.

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.

Free Shipping promotions may not apply to all countries or zones.

If you place an order and we or the carrier are unable to reach you for scheduling of delivery, we may simply attempt to deliver the items to the address on file. If no one is available to accept delivery the driver may opt to leave the package at their discretion - If the items is successfully delivered, your ordered will be considered fulfilled. If the item is non-deliverable and returned to us you will be required to pay a new delivery fee prior to re-delivery. If we are otherwise still unable to contact purchaser after 30 days from date of order we will consider the items abandoned. Abandoned items and all associated payments will be considered forfeited and become property of Ninth & Currant, with nothing else owed to purchaser.
