Order Cancellations or Changes
You may cancel any online order for a complete refund of your purchase price within 24 hours of placing your order, by contacting our customer support team, during regular business hours. If the item has already shipped, or if our offices are closed during this time, we will not be able to cancel your order. In the event the item has shipped and you still wish to receive a refund, our standard return/refund policies would then apply, no exceptions.
NEW ITEMS You may return any new items within 15 days of shipping. If 15 days have gone by since your item was shipped, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will not make exceptions for any delays that cause this time frame to lapse before you can request the return, as they are outside of our control.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with all accessories. We will inspect all items and may decline the return, and return the item to you as-is. If parts or packaging is missing, at our option, we may accept the still accept the return, and deduct the cost of the missing parts from your refund due.
CLEARANCE ITEMS All Clearance items (Deal Zone Items) are sold AS-IS and all sales are final. However should the item be operationally defective or non-functional you may return without penalty for a period of 90 Days following the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges. The items will be inspected and if found to not be defective it will be returned to you.
New Items that are Non-returnable:
- Special Order / Customized / Engraved items
- Projectors, Monitors or TV's
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Opened Headphones or Microphones
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, software, video game, cassettes, vinyl record, that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original and good resalable condition, for any reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, you need a Return Authorization number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or original shipper, they can not assist you. And do not return your items without an RA number, as it will likely become lost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For New Items a return re-stocking charge of 15% will be applied to all product returns where the reason for the return is not a fault of ours. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few business days (depends on YOUR bank).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items that are returned with missing parts or items sold as part of a pack, or a promotional/bogo type sale, the amount of the full original or replacement amount of the missing item will be deducted from the total refund due.
Promotional Bundles - Gifts or Packaged Deals
If your purchased items were part of a promotion bundle - you received a gift or free item with your purchase, or if you received a discount on an accompanying item with your purchase at the same time. If you are returning any part of a promotion bundle, you must return all items in the bundle to receive full credit. Any items that are missing upon return will have there full regular price deducted from the amount of the refund.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product please contact email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions.
Once issued, Return Authorizations are only valid for 15 days within which time returned items must be shipped, postmark dates accepted. Return Authorizations will not be extended or reissued, no exceptions. Any RA item received after the valid return period may be refused and returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning New non-defective items, you are responsible for obtaining your own shipping services to return these items
If the return is our fault or a defective Clearance item, we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label at our cost.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as packaged do often get lost or damaged in transit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Exchange processes can vary depending on items and manufactures, this is beyond our control in most cases. In the event you are offered an exchange or replacement for any item, you maybe required to first return your current item, you may also be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to do so. In other case the new items may be sent with a hold on your credit card, until the other item(s) are returned and inspected. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. A representative will explain the process to you for your specific item at the time of request.
Right To Refuse
We have final say on all returns, item inspections, exchanges, and refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any request for return, exchange, or refund for any reason at any time. All decisions are final.
